Due to the specialized nature and high weight of screw and barrel components, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors within 14 days of receipt.
- Custom-made components (based on customer drawings) are non-returnable once production starts.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all technical documentation included.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved by our technical team, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.
